if you are not satisfied with your order you have 14 days to return your item in its original condition for a full refund.
unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on custom orders and personalised orders unless we have made a mistake on our side or the item is damaged. please make sure you order the correct size & all spellings are correct as we can not refund if you have made an error.
please note we will only refund the charge of the item and not the delivery charge and we will issue your refund via your original payment method once we receive your item back.
