CAN I GET A REFUND?If your item is personalised unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds unless we have made an error on our side, if we have made an error this needs to be reported within 7 days of delivery of your item. Please make sure you select the correct options and spell your names correctly as once the order is completed it can not be changed. If you have made an error email us within 24 hours at littledevilsboutique@outlook.com and we will rectify the error. If you wish to return a non personalised item it must be returned in its original packaging and in its original selling state within 14 days. Please email us at littledevilsboutique@outlook.com to process this.

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM?Please wash all our items on a 30 degress cold wash and inside out, do not tumble dry our products and to make sure to air dry only. This will keep your item to a brilliant standard. If you have any problems regarding your item & washing instructions please email us as littledevilsboutique@outlook.com

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?Our current turnaround is 2-3 weeks. Once shipped you should receive your item within a couple of days. We retain all proof of postage so this can be shown if you require it by emailing us at littledevilsboutique@outlook.com. We post all our parcels with yodel tracked and you will receive a email with your tracking link once shipped. Once your item is posted it is no longer our responsbility as we will have proof it has been posted. If you do have problems do not hestiate to contact us at littledevilsboutique@outlook.com with your order number.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TRUE TO SIZE?Our products are true to size but if you require specific sizing measurements for a item please contact us and we will get back to you with measurements right away.
